Tallahassee (Sept. 16, 2016) – Employees of Tri-Eagle Sales will celebrate Anheuser-Busch’s seventh annual Global Beer Responsible Day today by spreading Budweiser’s drunk-driving prevention message: Give A Damn. Don’t Drive Drunk.

Global Beer Responsible Day, started by Anheuser-Busch in 2010, is a yearly event during which thousands of Anheuser-Busch employees and wholesale partners educate their communities about alcohol responsibility.

Tri-Eagle Sales recently staged a crashed vehicle at the popular Florida State University Block Party to raise awareness of the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol. Attendees also had the opportunity to wear impairment goggles and walk on a straight line to experience a realistic simulation of impairment.

“At Tri-Eagle Sales, we’re determined to play our part in keeping our community safe,” said Brittany Mukadam, Communications Manager, Tri-Eagle Sales. “Global Beer Responsible Day is a great opportunity to come together and stress the importance of responsible drinking. The message is clear: take a cab, call a friend, or designate a driver. Care enough to get home safely. No excuses.”

Tri-Eagle Sales is a locally owned and operated Anheuser-Busch beverage wholesaler, servicing
fourteen counties in North and North Central Florida, with warehouses in Midway-Tallahassee and Ocala. Tri-Eagle Sales has a long history of giving back to the local community, actively providing training on responsible alcohol consumption, educating parents and youth about illegal underage drinking, and contributing to various non-profit charities. This organization’s mission and vision is to create opportunities for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work and play to the fullest of their capabilities in Marion County, as well as to foster Marion County, as a model community, to embrace persons with disabilities and to help them support their dreams.

The votes are in: Ocala’s favorite consumer burger recipe is from The Mojo Grill on 17th Street.

World-Class Craft and Import Brands Grow Stronger in North and Central Florida

Tri-Eagle Sales expands their portfolio

Tallahassee, FL (2016) – Tri-Eagle Sales, a local Florida-based beer and beverage wholesaler, will begin distributing over 50 new brewery partners this June. This new portfolio is anchored by local brewery Proof Brewing Co., and includes well-known brands, such as Cigar City, Oskar Blues, Funky Buddha, Founders, and multiple award winning breweries from throughout the U.S. In addition to these craft breweries, Tri-Eagle Sales has secured distribution agreements with several importers of world-class European brands such as Duvel Moortgat, Bitburger, and Rekorderlig. The addition of this diverse portfolio to Tri-Eagle’s existing portfolio creates a lineup of beer brands that rivals any in the country.

This portfolio transition was made possible after a recently signed agreement regarding a change of distribution rights for Tri-Eagle Sales to market these world-class craft and import brands in Tri-Eagle’s existing fourteen county footprint in North and North Central Florida.

The craft beer market continues to grow as a larger percentage of overall beer sales throughout the U.S. driven by consumer demand for unique beer styles and flavors. Distributors like Tri-Eagle Sales provide access to market to these craft brewers and suppliers, and support them to gain access to a large variety of retail establishments. Tri-Eagle Sales currently services and supports over 2,000 retail establishments in its territory.

This addition to its portfolio takes national and local breweries to the next level in distribution. “Partnering with both local and national breweries allows these breweries to expand their consumer audience oftentimes to markets previously untouched by these brands. Supporting and distributing craft brewery brands is important to us, and the goal of us being the ‘“Go To” beverage experts for our customers and community,’ is reflected in our company values,” says Mike LePorin, Vice President Sales & Marketing.

Tri-Eagle Sales also sponsors and supports hundreds of nonprofit events and local endeavors every year. Many of these brands will now have a stronger presence at community events and beer festivals for consumers to sample. With the help of growing partnerships between breweries and distributors, consumers can choose from a wide variety of handcrafted, high- quality beers from all around the world. It’s a great time to be a craft beer drinker, so whether you are loyal to a brand or trying something new, raise a glass and enjoy your next cold pint!
