Brand Ambassador

Job Description:

Assist with Tri-Eagle Sales trade calls in On and Off-Premise accounts. Assist with developing and implementing creative impactful promotions and samplings at assigned accounts and assisting at special events. Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers. Works with sales personnel to assist with building displays in various accounts.

Qualifications: LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Director Of Operations

Job Description:

This position is accountable for leading the warehouse and service operation teams in Tallahassee in planning, developing and executing of all warehouse and service activities, including the development and training of staff, safety, security and maintenance of warehouse and service equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for leading, developing, training and motivating warehouse and service personnel and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. Directly supervises all Warehouse and Service Supervisors through written, oral instructions and weekly meetings (or as needed).

Develop and implement OPI and KPI procedures to minimize warehouse and service personnel costs by improving efficiencies reducing overtime to stay within budget.

Develop a leadership, mentorship and technical training philosophy with action planning for the warehouse/service teams.

Responsible for the 7 day process of all warehouse and service duties including truck loading, unloading and receiving, Verifies all route and transport trucks are loaded or reloaded as needed. All service and hot shot routes are properly settled (daily). Responsible to work weekend schedules if needed.

Confers with the Vice President of Operations to ensure coordination of warehouse and service department needs. Meet weekly to review activities of other functions such as sales, records control SkU purchasing, Inventory levels, security of facility.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of warehouse/service functions including proper manpower utilization and completion of all paperwork (timely) in compliance with Anheuser-Busch & TES standards and in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Responsible for adhering to all Anheuser-Busch equity agreement requirements and other supplier agreement requirements in regards to proper product handling and storage.

Responsible for the accounting, overseeing and destruction of old and damaged product in accordance with all State and Federal Beverage Department regulations.

Responsible for the facility appearance – daily upkeep of warehouse/service, drive-through and facility grounds. Inspect physical condition of the warehouse and service equipment, coordinates with outside vendors for the proper maintenance and repair of warehouse/service equipment.

Responsible for working with other members of the Leadership team to improve cohesiveness, effectiveness and customer focus while fostering the “Fish” culture within the organization.

Responsible for monitoring security systems and ensuring that safety hazards are handled quickly and properly disposed of.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages Warehouse/Service Supervisors and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all warehouse/service employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities which include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems. All resolutions are to be in a “Resolve by Sundown” practice.

Education: Two year college or university program certificate

Experience: Four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Grocery Merchandiser

Job Description:

Responsible for servicing established route to deliver, merchandise and replenshing inventory of our products on shelves in retail accounts.

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Ocala

Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age, have Florida driver's license with less than 6 points on your 3 year driving record and be able to regularly lift 50 pounds. Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 160 pounds.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Graphics Assistant

Job Description:

Designs and develops marketing materials to promote the retail sale of our products using computers and large format and small format printers to print display signs, banners and graphic arts projects as needed.

Hours: Part-time

Location: Tallahassee

Qualifications: Must have the ability to learn and use Corel Draw, operate a large format printer and required software. Must be proficient user of a PC and have the ability to learn new software programs at ease. Must have knowledge of general internet and email.

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Experience: Prior Graphic Art/Design/Production experience and/or training preferred but not necessary.

Service Trainee

Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must maintain current State o Florida Driver's License. Must be able lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and 160 pounds occasionally. Must have CDL permit upon hire and be able to obtain a Class A CDL license within 90 days of hire.
